Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period. No penalties.
Is there a free trial for Pro?
Pro comes with a 14-day free trial — no credit card required. You'll be prompted to add a payment method when the trial ends.
What happens when I hit the Starter plan limit?
We'll notify you at 80% usage. New feedback submissions are paused (existing data is never lost) until you upgrade or the next billing cycle begins.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 30 days of any paid plan purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
What's included in the annual plan discount?
Annual plans are billed once per year at a 20% discount compared to monthly. You can switch from monthly to annual at any time and we'll prorate the difference.
Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?

How does the public portal work on the free plan?
On Starter, your public portal is available under a `yourteam.featuresay.com` subdomain. Pro and Scale plans support custom domains and white-label branding.
Can I add more team members than the plan limit?
Pro supports up to 25 team members; Scale is unlimited. If you're on Starter and need more than 3 seats, upgrading to Pro is the next step.
