Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan costs $0 with no time limit and no credit card: one workspace, up to 3 team members, unlimited feedback and voters, a public portal, roadmap and changelog. Upgrade only when you need more.
Which plan is right for me?
Free ($0) covers one workspace with unlimited feedback and voters, a public portal, roadmap and changelog — enough to run feedback in the open with a small team. Pro ($19/mo) adds private boards, removal of FeatureSay branding, closed-loop update emails, AI-drafted replies and API access. Growth ($39/mo) adds AI insights, the weekly digest, Slack integration, and webhooks — it's our most popular plan. Scale ($79/mo) has unlimited workspaces and team members and adds revenue weighting.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period. No penalties.
What happens if I cancel a paid plan?
Your workspace moves to the Free plan — your public portal keeps working and your data stays put. You can upgrade again at any time.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 30 days of any paid plan purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
What's included in the annual plan discount?
Annual plans are billed once per year: Pro at $15/month ($180/year), Growth at $31/month ($372/year), Scale at $63/month ($756/year). That's ~20% off compared to monthly billing.
Do you offer discounts for startups or nonprofits?
Yes! We offer 50% off for qualifying early-stage startups and registered nonprofits. Email us at [email protected] with your details.
How does the public portal work?
Your public portal is available under a yourteam.featuresay.com subdomain on all plans. You can set your own logo, colours and portal copy from workspace settings.
Can I add more team members than the plan limit?
Free supports 3 team members, Pro supports up to 10, Growth up to 25, and Scale is unlimited. If you outgrow your current plan, upgrading takes just a few clicks.
