Pro ($19/mo) is great for early-stage teams needing a public portal with unlimited feedback. Growth ($39/mo) adds AI insights, Slack integration, and API access — it's our most popular plan. Scale ($79/mo) is for teams that need white-label, SSO, and enterprise controls.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your billing period. No penalties.
What happens when my trial ends?
We'll remind you before your trial expires. Choose Pro ($19/month) or Growth ($39/month) to keep full access. If you don't subscribe, your data is preserved for 30 days — export or subscribe anytime to restore access.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within 30 days of any paid plan purchase, no questions asked. After 30 days, refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis.
What's included in the annual plan discount?
Annual plans are billed once per year: Pro at $15/month ($180/year), Growth at $31/month ($372/year), Scale at $63/month ($756/year). That's ~20% off compared to monthly billing.

Your public portal is available under a yourteam.featuresay.com subdomain on all plans. Scale plan supports custom domains and white-label branding for a fully branded experience.
Can I add more team members than the plan limit?
Pro supports up to 10 team members, Growth supports up to 25, and Scale is unlimited. If you outgrow your current plan, upgrading takes just a few clicks.
