Yes. The Free plan gives you one workspace with unlimited feedback and voters, a public portal, roadmap and changelog — no credit card and no time limit. Paid plans add things like private boards, AI insights, Slack and webhooks; you can cancel anytime.
Can my team add feedback on behalf of customers?
Yes. Anyone on your team can log a request straight from the dashboard, and your customers can post to the public portal themselves. You can also import from Canny or a CSV, and there is a REST API on Pro and above.
How does the AI insights feature work?
Our AI continuously analyzes incoming feedback to identify emerging themes, sentiment shifts, and feature clusters. You get a weekly digest summarizing what matters most, plus real-time recommendations in your dashboard.
Can my customers vote and comment on features?
Yes. Your public portal lets customers browse your roadmap, vote on features, and leave comments. Every vote is tied to real user data so you know exactly who's asking for what.
Can I brand the public portal?
