How to use it
Daily (2 minutes) - Add new feedback items to the Inbox - Tag with Source, Type, and Customer Segment
Weekly (30 minutes) - Review top-voted items - Deduplicate similar requests (merge them) - Update Priority Matrix based on new data - Move items between Roadmap columns
Monthly (1 hour) - Trend analysis: which product areas have the most feedback? - Which segments are most/least vocal? - Update the Roadmap View based on priority shifts. - Share with leadership.
